Day by Day Itinerary :

Date 1 : Bangkok - Bangkok

Arrive Bangkok Airport. After customs and immigration formalities you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

Date 2 : Bangkok - Bangkok

Grand Palace – Temples – Flower market – traditional food street (B/-/-)
Visits to the Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha, Wat Po, Wat Arun and a flower market.
After so much walking, our guide will take you by local tuk-tuk to the famous food street in the old Ratanakosin Island area where you will find many small local restaurants. Many have a long established fame as they have been in the food business for more than 30-50 years.
Approximate budget for this meal should be around 100-200 Baht per person.
Dinner at Supatra River House, which serves a delicate cuisine in the atmosphere of the olden days. Approximate budget for dinner should be around ?????? per person.

Date 3 : Bangkok - Bangkok

Bangkok - Cooking Class – Chinatown – old Chinese market (B/L/-)
Start your first cooking class at a well known cookery school and learn the secret principles of Thai delicacies which you will sample for you lunch.
Late afternoon visit Chinatown market (we will use a local taxi as transportation due to limited parking space), which shows the influence of Chinese immigrants on Thai food. Walk through the busy Chinese market that imports many fresh ingredients from China to serve the community. Bangkok’s Chinatown is so famous not only for its huge variety of delicious foods but also the fun atmosphere of locals coming together for outdoor dinner at street-side restaurants.
Approximate budget for this meal should be around 200-500 Baht per person.

Date 4 : Bangkok - Bangkok

Country life & cooking at a local village - Thai puppet show - open-air beer garden – night market (B/L/-)
Drive to Nakorn Prathom, passing rice fields, lotus ponds, orchid plantations, etc. Visit a palm plantation to observe the processing of palm sugar then continue to the village of Baan Lumphaya for a short cruise along the Nakhorn Chaisri River in a sampan. Disembark at a 170-year-old Thai-Chinese settlement and visit a Thai family to get first-hand experience of more techniques of Thai cooking. After lunch visit a wickerwork handicraft village and an orchid farm on the way back to Bangkok.

An evening to enjoy an amazing original Thai puppet show that performs in a special way, with three masters controlling each puppet in order to create highly animated and life-like movements – an art that is rarely seen nowadays. Then visit the local handicrafts shops at the lively Suan Lumphini night bazaar and have your own dinner at its open-air beer garden before returning to the hotel. There are many restaurants in two long rows with seats in the middle and a stage for live music (seasonal) plus a big TV screen with live broadcasts for those crazy for sport.

Date 5 : Bangkok - Chiang Mai

Arts of the Kingdom – Thai Spa – overnight train or evening flight to Chiang Mai (B/-/-)
In the morning you will have a particularly rewarding experience seeing some of the top masterpiece artifacts and rarely seen traditional Thai crafts created by the top artisans of the Kingdom at the Ananta Samakom Throne Hall.
Then have a relaxing afternoon at a Thai well-known Thai spa. A 2-hour authentic spa and massage program of you choice will balance your natural elements and soothe your body and mind.
In the late afternoon, transfer to the train station or airport for your journey to Chiang Mai. Those who choose to fly will overnight at the hotel while those who choose the fun train trip will be overnight on the second class air-conditioned train.

Date 6 : Chiang Mai - Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai – Doi Suthep – City tour – Kantoke Dinner (B/-/D)
Visit the Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, a highly revered temple containing a holy relic of the Lord Buddha and spectacularly situated on a mountain top at an altitude of 3,520 feet with splendid views of the city and surrounding countryside.
Then the guide will take you on a city tour and the best place to have a experience of northern life is in the famous Warorot market walking street (if your visit coincides with a market day) and then off to a restaurant famous for its local noodles dish that the originated in Chiang Mai – “Khao Soi”. Approximate budget for this meal should be around 50-100 Baht per person!!
We’d like you to be a real tourist for an evening to experience the delightful Kantoke Dinner, which is an important part of the northern people’s culture and hospitality. The name derives from the individual tables set with a variety of northern dishes served in lacquerware. During the dinner there will be a performance of traditional northern Thai and hill-tribe music and dancing.

The evening is free to explore the lively night market on your own.

Date 8 : Chiang Mai - Chiang Mai

A day of adventure, elephant riding and river rafting (B/L/-)
Set off by minibus to the Mae Ta Maan elephant camp to see the elephants take their morning bath before giving a demonstration of how they were trained to haul lumber in the forest. Afterwards take a ride on elephant-back through the forest and across streams, and then an ox-cart ride, passing by rice fields and small farms. After lunch take an exciting bamboo-raft trip down the Mae Tang River. Rejoin the minibus and drive to visit a delightful orchid and butterfly farm. Return to Chiang Mai.

Date 10 : Phuket - Phuket

After breakfast transfer to a cooking school that, of course, specialises in Southern Thai cuisine. Each course has been designed as a complete one-day course. You are able to select one or all of the courses you are particularly interested in. Courses are suitably arranged to accommodate not only meat lovers but also vegetarians with a substitution of mock meats and fresh vegetables. The lessons have the warm and easy-going atmosphere of Thai hospitality, breathtaking scenery of the mountains and miles of sandy white beach on Siray Island.
In the evening enjoy the extraordinary show of Phuket Fantasea, the ultimate show that infuses Thai culture with magical illusions, and special effects combined into unforgettable memory.
